JOB DESCRIPTION
As Legal Assistant, you play a crucial role in the administrative support of five lawyers in one of our offices both in Ghent (Mariakerke) and in the centre of Brussels. You will work together with young and experienced professionals and get the opportunity to further develop your skills within a stimulating working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactive support to lawyers in agenda and case management;
- Managing and preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Professional, warm and discreet service to clients and teammates
- Financial file follow-up
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma and/or experience in (legal) administration. Legal practice is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Dutch and you can express yourself fluently in English and French
- Computer literate and good command of MS Office
- Structured with an eye for detail, stress-resistant and able to prioritise
- Good command of legal terminology or interested in learning this
