Building a new network
For the development of a distribution network, various forms of cooperation exist, each of which has its own legal framework that determines, among other things, the rights and obligations of both parties, the remuneration scheme, the termination options and any termination fees due. Moreover, for specific forms of cooperation, a pre-contractual information obligation exists for the party granting (distribution) rights regarding, among other things, the market conditions in the sector concerned and the already existing distribution network.
