Insolvency law
Given the consistently rather high number of bankruptcies in Belgium every year, chances are that a company must come to grips with insolvency law sooner or later – either as a creditor in relation to a bankrupt customer or supplier, for example, or because the company itself is experiencing financial problems.
Moreover, insolvency law is changing all the time, at both national and European level.
The VSA Business Unit closely monitors these developments and has special expertise and experience in various areas including:
- bankruptcies
- judicial reorganisations (Law on Continuity of Enterprises - WCO)
- collective debt settlement procedures
