Corporate Criminal Law
The economic world is increasingly subject to detailed regulation in various fields (think social law, environmental law, economic, financial and tax law, corporate law, welfare law and urban planning, among others). Violations of these regulations are being curbed not only by administrative law but also by criminal law, and the authorities are increasingly focusing on control and repression. As a result, companies and their directors and appointees run a great many risks every day, often without realizing it.
