Senior Associate in Traffic, Liability and Criminal Law

Louis Carlier graduated from KU Leuven with a master’s degree in law in 2015. While studying for his master’s degree, he developed an interest in criminal and liability law.

During the first five and a half years of his career at the Nelissen Grade law firm in Leuven, Louis further developed his expertise in these fields, while also specialising in traffic law and the assessment of physical injury. He represents the interests of individuals, companies, brokers and insurance companies.

Since 2019, Louis has been licensed to conduct cassation proceedings in criminal cases.

Louis deals with general criminal law, liability law and traffic law. The settlement of physical injury cases is also part of his work. Key skills required in this context are a pragmatic approach and in-depth expertise.
