Sarah specialises in corporate and business law. She advises SMEs, shareholders and directors, both in contentious and non-contentious matters, and combines a strong legal-technical foundation with sharp commercial insight, thinking alongside her clients from their business reality and objectives. She has extensive experience in post-acquisition disputes, including discussions on the exercise of purchase options and actions for the exclusion or withdrawal of shareholders.She also supports clients with day-to-day corporate housekeeping – from board meetings and general meetings to changes in directorship and keeping the articles of association up to date – and guides them through transactions such as capital increases, share transfers, exits, and the review of management agreements.
