Jasper joined VS Advocaten in September 2024, where he focuses on civil law. Due to his broad education, Mr. De Clercq handles cases within both the corporate law cell and the estate and inheritance planning cell.
Mr. Declercq received his Master of Laws degree from the University of Ghent (cum laude) in 2023. The following year, he obtained the post-master’s degree in Notarial Law. As a result, Mr. De Clercq handles cases in both the corporate law department and the estate and inheritance planning department. From his motivation to assist people and make a difference for each of them, Mr. De Clercq wishes to grow into a solid lawyer.
